"We recently switched from Geico to State Farm for our auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and construction homeowners coverage, and Natalie made a process that could have been stressful feel very manageable. She explained the different options in a way that actually made sense, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel like she was just trying to push us into something. She stayed on top of everything, checked in often, and helped make sure the insurance side was handled for our construction loan. The price was exactly where we needed it to be, and the service was better than we expected. Natalie really should be recognized for how much time and care she puts into helping people. The front desk staff has also been very kind every time we have dealt with them. If you need insurance or even just want to see whether you could save money, I would definitely recommend calling this office and asking for Natalie."
